Border Patrol Agent Sean McDonough suffered a medical emergency while performing marine unit water training in Alexandra Bay, NY.
Agent McDonough was a United States Army and National Guard veteran and served with the United States Department of Homeland Security – Customs and Border Protection – United States Border Patrol for over 19 years. Survivors include his wife, two daughters, parents, two sisters, grandmother, two nieces, and a nephew.
